The development is designed next to Gateway Retail Park and ties in with well-designed plaza becoming an urban district center. Number of commercial units are located around the plaza to provide food and beverage outlets for local community. Application states “A vibrant new public square will be the centrepiece of this six acre urban project and it will be accessible to both new residents and the wider Knocknacarra community.”

and expansion was lodged this week with Dublin City Council. 1,500 direct jobs are forecast for the next five years, while the Exchequer will also benefit from a €75m boost.

The Guinness Enterprise Centre (GEC) opened for business in 2000 with the ambition of providing the environment and all the necessary supports to enable early stage business’s to grow and prosper. UniqueAT had the honor of creating digital animations for this formal announcement, showcasing the planned doubling of the size of the renowned Guinness Storehouse Gravity Bar. The Gravity Bar, famous for its spectacular 360-degree views over Dublin City, has been a key highlight for the 16.5 million visitors since the opening of the Guinness Storehouse in 2000. Our involvement in this project, especially in collaboration with the esteemed architectural firm RKD Architects, has been a source of immense pride for our team at uniqueAT.

Lodha UK officially unveiled the first phase of their Lincoln Square development in April.

The launch was held in the Old Hall at Lincoln’s Inn, in the heart of historic, legal, and academic London.  With over 500 years of history dating back to 1490, the Old Hall was transformed by Tess Stanford Design.
