Unique Interactive is a division of Unique AT www.uniqueAT.com that creates contemporary interactive virtual & physical exhibition design and interactive installations by combining spatial design quality and innovative interactive multimedia technology.

The SHD application in Knocknacarra, Galway, was lodged to An Bord Pleanála for a development consisting of 332 apartments.

The development is designed next to Gateway Retail Park and ties in with well-designed plaza becoming an urban district center. Number of commercial units are located around the plaza to provide food and beverage outlets for local community. Application states “A vibrant new public square will be the centrepiece of this six acre urban project and it will be accessible to both new residents and the wider Knocknacarra community.”

The standalone marketing App for Lodha’s Lincoln Square development is a unique selling tool.  Designed to showcase this outstanding residential apartment complex, the app features a wealth of easily accessible information.

The Interactive Scale Model – iModel – is an innovative fusion of traditional scale models and modern LED display screens, resulting in an interactive and animated presentation table.
Users can easily navigate and understand the context of a development through controls via an inbuilt touchscreen, a handheld tablet, or gesture-based interactions.

Computer Generated Images, created by uniqueAT for the formal announcement, the Guinness Enterprise Centre has today unveiled an ambitious development plan for our landmark building on Taylor’s Lane in Dublin 8. Planning permission for the €10m redevelopment

and expansion was lodged this week with Dublin City Council. 1,500 direct jobs are forecast for the next five years, while the Exchequer will also benefit from a €75m boost.

The Guinness Enterprise Centre (GEC) opened for business in 2000 with the ambition of providing the environment and all the necessary supports to enable early stage business’s to grow and prosper. It has been the launch pad for hundreds of successful start-ups in Ireland, many of which now have a global footprint. Read more on GEC website here

A key feature of the Interactive Scale Model is its flexibility both in terms of size and in the information and analysis it can display.  The iModel can consist of a small mobile single screen device, through to large scale multi-screen systems with a video wall seamlessly attached.  Utilizing unique and innovative 3D printing technology, we can produce scale models for this system in any shape, size, colour or texture.
