We have created a functionality video for our dual-touchscreen Interactive Architectural Kiosk, iKiosk, in order to showcase the different options and possibilities of this unique interactive solution. The iKiosk simultaneously displays two dimensional architectural drawings and information on one screen, together with a synchronised real-time 3D walk-through on a second screen.
Combined with supporting galleries, animations and our innovative ‘Apartment Finder’ module (see below), the iKiosk inspires confidence in a development, making it the ultimate marketing device for selling off plan.
The ‘Apartment Finder’ module is a fully interactive unit selector, enabling the user to find a suitable unit based on customised criteria. For example, the Client or Sales Agent can search for a unit based on type, price, floor space, aspect, number of rooms, or any combination of these criteria.
The user can then view further information based on their search results, including floor plans, amenities, animations, and even a virtual interactive tour. The ability to display a comprehensive volume of supporting information makes the iKiosk the ideal tool for introductory first point of sale.
